By accessing CreatorPilot AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse rate limits or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not use outputs to create unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
• Do not resell the API or scrape the product without permission

AI outputs & disclaimers

Generations are probabilistic suggestions. We do not guarantee rankings, views, virality, or factual accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay when configured. Fees are described on the pricing page. Unused generations do not typically roll over unless we state otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorPilot AI is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
